Here is the letter I send out after you register:

Thank Your for registering for the 2012 Butcher BBQ cooking class in California. The host hotel will be the Holiday Inn located at 23131 Lake Center Drive, Lake Forest CA 92630. To utilize the discounted rooms at $99.00 please call 1-949-455-7000, by the end of November. Use the contact name “Butcher BBQ”. For travel and plane reservations the class will start on Friday at 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.. I will provide supper for everyone. Then between 7:00 and 8:00 p.m. we will need to cover a little more before we finish for the evening. Class will restart at 7:00 am sharp where donuts and coffee will be provided. Class will concluded after brisket turn in and all questions are answered. No photos or recording instruments will be allowed.
