Normal attendance is ~10,000 ppl

All teams interested in PC will need their entries, EHD paperwork and payments BEFORE Sept. 15, 2012

PC Payback is 75% (we will do our very best to get teams paid before they depart the contest site)

20 amp electrical (upgrade to 30 amp. available for additional fee)

20' x 20' standard site (larger sites available for additional fee)

Unfortunately pets are not allowed at this venue, please leave them at home

Contest Entry Fee - $249.00 through September, $299.00 thereafter

Teams participating in the PC contest must register, pay fees (+$100), AND submit a EHD form to the organizers before 9/15/12 or forfeit their option to participate in PC and any fees associated with PC - there will be NO EXCEPTIONS. EHD forms will be posted by 09/01/12.

Vehicle Concerns

1. Teams with vehicles <11' high will be able to enter the track via a tunnel from 10am - 10pm with an escort (anytime that a race is not taking place)

2. Teams will be allowed to park vehicles at their camps overnight but will need to move them to a deisgnated parking area by 8am on turn in day

3. Teams with vehicles >11' will ONLY be allowed to enter/exit the infield via bridge which will be available Thurs approx 5-6pm. for load in and & Sat approx 8 p m for load out. This is unfortunately one of those things about this venue that we MUST work with.

Health Dept Rules & Regulations

This is for PC TEAMS ONLY


1.Serving and preparation area must be fully enclosed with 4 walls and a roof.

2.Serving and preparation area must have pass through windows for customer service (no bigger than 216 square inches).

3.Serving and preparation area must have washable floors (grass floors are not acceptable), since we will be on grass, bring a tarp to floor your tent.

4.Barbecues must be located next to the booth and safely away from the public.

5.Serving and preparation area must have a handwashing facility with water at least 100°F, a single service soap dispenser, paper towels, and a trash container.

6.Serving and preparation area must have a three-compartment warewashing sink with hot(120°F) and cold water (up to 4 booths may “share” a warewashing sink).
